Team Plan Guide
How do I choose the right Team size?
Figure out which people in your Flight Department or Operations you would like to become OPSGROUP members. Those people will get all OPSGROUP briefings, their own Dashboard, and full access to the group.
Then just choose the Team size that best matches that. If you have 16 people, choose a Team 20 and make use of the free slots later.
If you are one over (perhaps you have 11 pilots for a Team 10), we’re happy to give you a +1 for free – just let us know, after you have made payment.
What if my team isn't quite the full size?
Even if your team isn’s quite full, you still get a discounted rate.
A Team 20 plan with 15 active members gives 5 free slots. This still works out at a better rate than combining smaller team plans.
You can add new members to your team any time.
Which people go on my plan?
This is up to you! OPSGROUP is definitely most interesting for Pilots and Dispatchers, but you might also like to have Security, Flight Safety, Cabin Managers, or Engineering. You can always swap people out down the track.
Remember, each slot in your team is for 1 human being 😊. A Team 10 plan = 10 people (or even 11 … a free +1 applies to all plans if you need it). Membership logins are always assigned to individual people, rather than department addresses (like ops@airline.com).
Can I change plans once we join?
No, you’re locked in for life.
Of course you can! Many members change from monthly to annual payment, or upgrade to a larger team and we’ll refund the last payment. Easy!
You can also cancel anytime before next renewal.
Just contact membership@ops.group anytime.
I need a plan larger than Team 50
For large plans, we offer membership in blocks of 50 membership slots.
So, the next step up is Team 100, Team 150, and so on.
Just contact membership@ops.group, and we’ll get the best plan figured out for you.
Can I Venmo you?
Nope, sorry. We keep things super simple here, so we actually only take Credit Card payments. You will get an Invoice, and a Receipt, after you make payment. If you need something special on the Invoice (Company Name, VAT Number, etc.) – just let us know, no problem.
We’re not set up for Venmo, Wire transfers, or anything else really. Credit Card only.
No commitment
We want you to love the group. Whatever plan you choose, if it turns out it’s not for you, just ping us within the first 35 days and we’ll return your membership fee in full. After that, cancel anytime with no further charges.
