The new law states that the air traffic controllers\u2019 union and the airport operator Isavia have until Friday to reach an agreement \u2013 failing this, the matter be sent to a court of arbitration for a final resolution.<\/p>\n<p>In the interim, sporadic airport closures at BIKF\/Keflavik and BIRK\/Reykjavik continue, as do general airspace restrictions in the BIRD FIR.
