ADS-B integrity in the Delhi TMA briefly dropped to zero,<strong> leaving ATC unable to rely on GPS-based surveillance. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The timing coincided with the <strong>temporary withdrawal of ILS for runway 10\/28<\/strong>, which increased reliance on RNAV procedures.<\/p>\n<h4>The paperwork trail<\/h4>\n<p>DGCA first outlined its GNSS-interference reporting process in a <a href=\"https:\/\/ops.group\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/DGCA-Circular-on-GNSS-Spoofing.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2023 Advisory Circular.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>On 10 Nov 2025, they followed up with a <a href=\"https:\/\/ops.group\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/DCGA-SOP-GNSS-Spoofing-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">new SOP on GNSS Spoofing<\/a> &#8211; which included the <strong>\u201creport within 10 minutes\u201d requirement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Crews flagged parts of it as unclear, so on Nov 17, DGCA issued an <a href=\"https:\/\/ops.group\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Addendum-1-to-SOP.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Addendum<\/a> to clarify exactly what pilots and operators must do!<\/p>\n<h4>What pilots need to do<\/h4>\n<p><strong>If interference is detected <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">before<\/span> top of descent:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Tell ATC as soon as possible.<\/li>\n<li>Notify your operator\u2019s post holder (responsible manager) by any available means.<\/li>\n<li>The post holder must then notify DGCA immediately using the form below.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>If interference is detected <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">after<\/span> top of descent, or only discovered <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">after<\/span> landing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Report it to the post holder as part of normal post-flight duties.<\/li>\n<li>The post holder must then notify DGCA using the same form.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>DGCA emphasises that the goal is timely reporting, not enforcement!<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_29156\" style=\"width: 610px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ops.group\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/India-Reporting-Format-GNSS-Interference-Occurrence.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-29156\" class=\"wp-image-29156\" src=\"https:\/\/ops.group\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/India-GPS-Interference-Reporting-1024x724.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"424\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ops.group\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/India-GPS-Interference-Reporting-1024x724.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/ops.group\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/India-GPS-Interference-Reporting-300x212.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ops.group\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/India-GPS-Interference-Reporting-768x543.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ops.group\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/India-GPS-Interference-Reporting-1536x1086.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/ops.group\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/India-GPS-Interference-Reporting-2048x1448.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-29156\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Click for PDF.<\/p><\/div>\n<h4>What to expect<\/h4>\n<p>A reminder that GPSwise (powered by the experts at SkAI Data Services) provides a <strong>real time<\/strong> <strong>GPS Spoofing and Jamming map<\/strong> spanning the globe.
