Takes 2-3 weeks, but local agents can help get a landing permit while the FAOC is in process.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Read below for the latest on all Philippines Permits<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>A Cautionary Tale<\/h4>\n<p>An OPSGROUP member recently reported the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><span style=\"background-color: #f2f2f0;\">To operate non-scheduled air services into the Philippines we were told that we need a <strong>Foreign Air Operators Certificate.<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span style=\"background-color: #f2f2f0;\">We were also asked to supply an <strong>ICAO Airline Three letter code.<\/strong> This is not something as a non-scheduled operator that we believe we can get!<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span style=\"background-color: #f2f2f0;\">We used a local agent as our Third Party. Don&#8217;t have one, and can&#8217;t get one. Moved on.<\/p>\n<h4>GEN 1.2<\/h4>\n<p>Backdoor access achieved via the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ead.eurocontrol.int\/cms-eadbasic\/opencms\/en\/login\/ead-basic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EAD website<\/a>!
