Apparently this is new so we did not have it and got a reroute of about a 100NM, it almost caused low fuel situation. Be aware!\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ops.group\/dashboard\/airport-spy-home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-24353 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/ops.group\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/TKPK-airport-spy-1024x394.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"394\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ops.group\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/TKPK-airport-spy-1024x394.png 1024w, https:\/\/ops.group\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/TKPK-airport-spy-300x115.png 300w, https:\/\/ops.group\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/TKPK-airport-spy-768x295.png 768w, https:\/\/ops.group\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/TKPK-airport-spy-1536x590.png 1536w, https:\/\/ops.group\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/TKPK-airport-spy-2048x787.png 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">You have to apply online at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vcbirdats.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vcbirdats.com<\/a> site\u00a0<strong>at least 6 hours prior to the flight.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Fees depend on aircraft MTOW, as a long-since deleted TAPA Notam explains:<\/p>\n<pre class=\"p1\">Up to 5,000 pounds - 25 USD\r\n5,001 to 10,000 pounds - 35 USD\r\n10,001 to 15,000 pounds - 45 USD\r\n15,001 to 25,000 pounds -55 USD\r\n25,001 to 50,000 pounds - 65 USD\r\n50,001 to 100,000 pounds - 80 USD\r\n100,001 to 200,000 pounds - 95 USD\r\n200,001 to 300,000 pounds - 110 USD\r\n300,001 and over - 125 USD<\/pre>\n<p class=\"p1\">On the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vcbirdats.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vcbirdats.com<\/a> site, you will need to register an account. If you\u2019re not an airline, you won\u2019t have an IATA code, so just use \u201c00\u201d as the code making the account. In this neck of the woods, <em>real<\/em> overflight permits are not required. For landings, only scheduled and charter flights require landing permits. For these, contact <a href=\"mailto:paula.fredrick-hunteab.gov.ag\">paula.fredrick-hunteab.gov.ag<\/a> for Antigua, and <a href=\"mailto:foreigna@sisterisles.kn\"><span class=\"s1\">foreigna@sisterisles.kn<\/span><\/a> for St Kitts &amp; Nevis.
