{"id":20269,"date":"2022-11-03T20:47:11","date_gmt":"2022-11-04T00:47:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ops.group\/blog\/?p=20269"},"modified":"2022-11-04T09:49:14","modified_gmt":"2022-11-04T13:49:14","slug":"jetplanner-fd-pro-charts-down","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ops.group\/blog\/jetplanner-fd-pro-charts-down\/","title":{"rendered":"Jetplanner, FD Pro, Charts &#8211; down"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hi members,<\/p>\n<p>As those of you immediately affected by this will already be well aware of, <strong>the majority of Jeppesen planning products are not working<\/strong> at the moment.<\/p>\n<p>Currently:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/Jetplan.com\"><strong>Jetplan.com<\/strong><\/a> is down<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/Milplanner.com\"><strong>Milplanner.com<\/strong><\/a> is down<\/li>\n<li><strong>Jetplanner<\/strong> (standalone) is not working<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chart viewer<\/strong> products are not working (eg. <a href=\"https:\/\/elinkportal.jeppesen.com\/\">Elink portal<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/jeppesen.com\/icharts\/login.jsp?login=wrong\">Icharts<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li><strong>FliteDeck Pro<\/strong> is not working<\/li>\n<li><strong>Foreflight<\/strong> (now a Boeing company) is working but their Notam feed is not.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There is a note on the &#8220;outage&#8221; on the Jeppesen website, but reports from members here indicate that phone support is not available, and information is scarce.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ops.group\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Jepp.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-20270 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/ops.group\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Jepp-1024x535.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"535\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ops.group\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Jepp-1024x535.png 1024w, https:\/\/ops.group\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Jepp-300x157.png 300w, https:\/\/ops.group\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Jepp-768x401.png 768w, https:\/\/ops.group\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Jepp-1536x802.png 1536w, https:\/\/ops.group\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Jepp.png 1888w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>However, it <a href=\"https:\/\/liveandletsfly.com\/boeing-jeppesen-ransomware-attack\/\">does appear<\/a> that Jeppesen is dealing with a <strong>ransomware attack<\/strong>, meaning they have a choice of paying a ransom to restore service, or find an alternate way of providing service.
